Short on upfront cash?
EFTel’s Connection Deferral Option allows you to defer the $125.00 upfront connection fee that applies to all EFTel ADSL2+ plans. If you cancel or transfer your ADSL2+ service to another provider, you will be required to pay the $125 connection fee deferred at sign-up. If you stay with EFTel for 36 months or longer, we’ll remove the fee from your account permanently!
Peak / Off-peak download periods
Peak period: 8.00am – 12.00am midnight (local time)
Off-peak period: 12.00am midnight – 8.00am (local time)
During each peak / off-peak period, any data you download will only count towards your quota level for the corresponding period.

To use your broadband service, you will require an ADSL modem. You have the option of purchasing an EFTel modem or supplying your own.
Other conditions
EFTel provides ADSL2+ services with download speeds of up to 20Mbps. Theoretically, ADSL2+ services have a maximum achievable speed of 24576/1024Kbps. The actual speed of your service will depend upon a number of things, such as the distance between your premises and the telephone exchange, the quality of the copper telephone wires in your area, network load and your computer hardware.
